FSCA Webinar: Talking about LGBT in the Elementary and Middle School Classroom


WEBINAR: Talking about LGBT in the Elementary and Middle School Classroom

Participants will watch and discuss an award-winning professional development film produced by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Welcoming Schools project. What Do You Know? features 6 to 12 year olds discussing what they know about gay men and lesbians, what they hear at school, and what they would like teachers and professionals working in or with school programs to do. Practical tips will be provided to help counselors navigate this topic with this age group.
