Borrowing for College: Free ebooks for Counselors

Hi. I'm a journalist and college teacher in the Cleveland area, and I've written two e-books on college borrowing that are extremely helpful to students and parents - HOW MUCH SHOULD I BORROW FOR COLLEGE? The Workbook Chapters (High School edition) and HOW MUCH SHOULD PARENTS BORROW FOR COLLEGE?

I normally sell these two e-books for $1.99 and 99 cents, respectively, on my website,www.howmuchshouldiborrow.com  But right now I'm giving them away to any school counselor who sends me an official school email.

My goal is to get free copies of these books in the hands of literally thousands of school counselors in the next two months. ASCA carried an announcement in a publication yesterday, but I wonder if FSCA would consider doing a short article or announcement on its site or in a publication? Possibly a tweet?

Thanks for your consideration.

Sincerely,

Steve Talbott

Steve Talbott was a long-time business/financial reporter and deputy business editor at the Plain Dealer newspaper in Cleveland before taking a buyout several years ago. Since then, I spent four years teaching writing and journalism at Cleveland State University. It was a student's paper that gave me the idea to write on this subject. I have a master's in journalism from Columbia University.
