Join Our Webinar: College Scorecard "Remixed" for Florida

When
Friday April 12, 2013 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM EDT

Where
This is an online event.
Which colleges in Florida give you the best bang for your buck?

Join Troy Miller, Florida C.A.N.!'s Senior Researcher & Policy Analyst, on Friday, April 12, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. EST for an overview of the U.S. Department of Education's College Scorecard, as well as our "remixed" version for Florida colleges and universities.

Learn how students and their families can effectively search for colleges by key indicators like location, size and major while finding out the sticker price of what families actually pay, how much students borrow and what percentage of students actually graduate on time.

In addition to discussing the College Scorecard and its usefulness in the college decision making process, the webinar will also examine some of the limitations and controversies associated with the tool, as well as our observations related to the Florida college and university data.

This webinar is made possible thanks to generous support from Lumina Foundation for Education, Helios Education Foundation, Florida Department of Education, and the University of South Florida.

This webinar is free. To register, click on the "Register Now" link below.
