SAMHSA is pleased to offer two new resources related to pharmacology and co-occurring disorders that will assist both frontline practitioners and system or program policymakers in addressing the needs of individuals with co-occurring disorders.

Offers general principles to assist in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of pharmacologic approaches to support the recovery of individuals with co-occurring disorders. This guideline covers engagement, screening, assessment, treatment planning, and continuity of care.
