CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS: EXPERIENTIAL ACTIVITIES FOR CAREER DEVELOPMENT

DEADLINE EXTENDED TO 11/22/10

Call for Submissions: Experiential Activities for Career Development

 

Counselor educators and counselors are invited to submit creative activities for the third volume of Experiential Activities for Teaching Career Counseling Classes and Facilitating Career Groups published by NCDA. This resource will complement the previous volumes and may be used to prepare counselors to meet the career development needs of clients and/or to energize groups with useful career development activities. The editors of Volume Three are Tracy M. Lara, Mark Pope, and Carole W. Minor.

 

Preference is given to Experiential Activities in the following topic areas:
  • Career Theory
  • Standardized Assessment
  • Occupational Information
  • Job Search & Workplace Issues
  • Cultural Diversity
  • Technology
  • Comprehensive & Culminating Activities
  • Identifying & Developing Career Services
Submission Overview
All experiential activities must be submitted online using the Submission Form by 5 PM (EST) on Monday Nov 22, 2010. Notification of acceptance will follow.
