Therapy: Myths and Misconceptions is a new fact sheet released by the Cornell Research Program on Self-Injurious Behavior in Adolescents and Young Adults that explains the truth behind some common misconceptions of therapy. Many people who struggle with self-injury find that meeting with a therapist is helpful, but are unsure of what to expect.
