Dear Colleague:

I am writing to remind you about the upcoming Destination Equity:
Charting Bright Futures for All Students conference organized by
the College Board's National Office for School Counselor Advocacy
(NOSCA). Destination Equity is an opportunity to showcase the dramatic
changes school counselors can bring about to create equitable school
counseling practices that prepare all students for substantial
postsecondary options and success, including college.

This an exciting opportunity to join your fellow counselors to network,
learn about the important role we play as school counselors and to
explore established best practices as we advance social justice and
the educational equity agenda.

This conference will focus on:
* Sharpening academic counseling skills
* Advancing equitable access and success in preparation for
  college and the workforce
* Connecting student learning to future aspirations and
  career goals
* Cultivating a school climate to promote high achievement
  of all students
* Hands-on strategies, tools, and best practices

This is an opportunity for you to network with your peers in the
school counseling profession.

Who Should Attend?
* Middle and High School Counselors
* District Directors and Supervisors of School Counselors
* Administrators Responsible for School Counseling Programs
* Counselor Educators -- College Professors and Instructors
  of School Counseling
* School Counseling Graduate Students
* State Leaders of School Counseling
* Leaders of State and Regional School Counseling Organizations
